At Total Physio we believe that prevention is better than cure. To help you stay injury free, we run public educational seminars from time to time during the year.
These seminars were developed after looking at the types of injuries that were presenting for treatment. We decided to target the most common ones in a series of workshops. We believe that education about how injuries occur and what can be done to avoid them is a vital and proactive step in keeping yourself niggle free and active. Afterall your recovery is our priority.
Previous seminars have targeted skiers, runners and golfers and have been repeated by popular demand. We participated in the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists' annual Move For Health campaign and presented the "Common Myths about Back Pain" to one of our most enthusiastic crowds yet. Our "Myths about Weight Loss" seminar, run in conjunction with Dietician Nuala Collins, was a roaring success.
Below is some of the great feedback we received from our seminars. A big thanks to all who attended for their interest and all the great discussion generated.
