Drew is a Chartered Physiotherapist who graduated from University College Dublin with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy, with a special interest in Concussion management. His areas of interest are sports injuries, vestibular rehabilitation, back pain, pre/post op rehab from orthopedic surgeries and ergonomics.
Originally from Canada, Drew completed a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University. He worked for 7 years at the prestigious Fowler Kennedy Sport Medicine clinic in London, Canada, where he treated patients of all ages and injuries from the professional athletes, Olympic athletes to the weekend warriors.
Since completing his Masters, Drew has worked in private practice and with several sports teams, including the Women’s Blackrock rugby team and accompanied the 2015 Irish Tag Rugby World Cup teams to Australia. He has considerable expertise and experience in concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, ergonomics, functional ability evaluations, post surgical rehabilitation protocols and functional movement screening. Drew is also trained in the use of kinesio taping and dry needling and only uses current evidence-based therapies to get the best results for his patients.
