Eoghan O'Connor

BSc (Physiotherapy), MISCP; Certified APPI Pilates Instructor

Eoghan graduated with Honours in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin. Since graduating, Eoghan has worked in private practice in both Limerick and Dublin, developing his skills as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions from sport injuries, to spinal pain, to post-operative rehab.

Eoghan won numerous accolades in Rowing during his college years, and was nominated to the Irish Rowing Men’s Senior Heavyweight National squad from 2016-2017. He moved to Cork to train with the High Performance team there, while continuing to work as a physio at a local private practice.

Eoghan has continued to develop his skills with post graduate courses in areas such as dry needling and Pilates which he uses on a daily basis in successfully treating and assessing a wide range of conditions.

Eoghan has a particular interest in sports physiotherapy and rehab, having participated in a number of sports at National squad level including Rowing and Basketball and to a high level in Hurling. He is currently working with King's Hospital Senior Cup Rugby team and Templeogue Basketball Club's Premier League team. Eoghan also worked as a Massage Therapist for the GAA International rules team in 2015. Eoghan draws on this experience, as well as his own considerable sporting background in providing expert sport specific rehabilitation, from the time of injury to return to play.
